I can never say enough about how amazing this team is. They are literally the most friendly shop in the city, the most knowledgeable and they are here for you. If you want a "blah" experience with a kid that doesn't know his product and has no invested interest in your success, 100% do not pick this shop 🤣

I'm not a runner, but I am an avid trail walker/hiker and went to the Runner's Den for a new pair of shoes with proper support. The team there is amazing, very eager to help, very patient and friendly with newcomers who know nothing about running or proper footwear. I had a small issue with sizing on the first pair I ordered, and they were very quick to order me another pair. I had another small issue with the shoes I purchased, and without hesitation they solved my problem.
