FALL Clinic
Fall Running Clinic — Starts August 12, 2025
A 12-week coached clinic designed to meet you where you're at and help you get where you're going.
Led by certified run coach Michelle, this group program offers structured, progressive training to help you build toward your personal goals. Each week’s workouts build on the last, with guidance, accountability, and a supportive crew to train alongside.
While this is a group training clinic (not one-on-one coaching), we do have a few group leaders who run at various paces, especially in the first few weeks, to help everyone get settled. Leaders and Coach Michelle are always available for questions, support, and encouragement, and workouts are explained clearly each week (both in your weekly email and in person before each run).
What’s included:

A 12-week structured training program you can follow from anywhere — with the support of a qualified coach and a virtual community behind you.
Led by certified run coach Michelle, this program is designed to help you build fitness, work toward a race goal, or simply bring more structure to your running routine. Each week builds on the last, with detailed guidance, and ongoing support.
Whether you're training solo or with a small group of friends, you'll still be part of the Runner’s Den crew!
