Whether you're training for a spring race, starting your running journey, or looking to build consistency as the weather warms up, our 10-Week Spring Clinic is designed to support you every step of the way.
Led by certified run coach Michelle, the clinic includes a Learn to Run program for beginners alongside structured training for intermediate and advanced runners. Each week builds with intention. Featuring purposeful group workouts, benchmark sessions to track your progress, and guidance tailored to your goals and experience level.
You’ll receive weekly emails outlining your plan, plus a welcoming and supportive community to keep you motivated and accountable.
