Winter Run Clinic

Wherever you are in your fitness/running/walking journey this will be a great opportunity to have some structure to your week! We encourage anyone and everyone to join! There will be a few different run options to choose from each week depending on your fitness level and what your goals are. Every Sunday you will receive an email with the training for the week which includes workout runs on Tuesday and Thursdays. 12 week running clinic.

Starts January 7th 2025

- Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm coached runs, Saturday at 8am long runs 

- Weekly emails with details workout plan
