FALL CLINIC

Whether you're running a fall half-marathon, full-marathon, or just want to build your base, our 12-week clinic is designed to help you train toward your goal.
Group training is led by certified run coach Michelle, each week builds on the last with structured group workouts, benchmark sessions to track progress, and support every step of the way. You'll receive weekly emails outlining the plan, and have access to experienced group leaders and a welcoming community that meets you where you're at.
- Group runs every Tuesday & Thursday at 6PM
- Long runs every Saturday at 8am
- Weekly training emails
- Ongoing support + questions always welcome
