Whether you're training for Around the Bay, another spring race, or just want to stay consistent through the colder months, our 12-week Winter Clinic is designed to help you train with structure and support.
Led by certified run coach Michelle, each week builds on the last with purposeful group workouts, benchmark sessions to track your progress, and guidance every step of the way. You’ll receive weekly emails outlining your plan, along with a welcoming community to keep you motivated and accountable.
Clinic Includes:
- Group runs every Tuesday & Thursday at 6 p.m.
- Long runs every Saturday at 8 a.m.
- Weekly training emails
- Ongoing support + questions always welcome
- 15% in-store discount for participants
