Wherever you are in your fitness/running/walking journey this will be a great opportunity to have some structure to your week! We encourage anyone and everyone to join!
There will be a few different run options to choose from each week depending on your fitness level and what your goals are. Every Sunday you will receive an email with the training for the week which includes workout runs on Tuesday and Thursdays and Saturday run.
Back by popular demand we have a dedicated coach for those newbies! Learn to run for the first time, or if your just getting back into it.
