There will be a few different run options to choose from each week depending on your fitness level and what your goals are.

-weekly emails with detailed workouts for the week
-Group runs every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday @ 8am
-Weekly coaching with detailed weekly workouts. (avg. monthly coaching $200/month)
-Semi weekly Demo runs, Different brands bring out the latest running gear to test out on your run, usually providing draw prizes and goodies after the run!
