It's Not too Late to Join
We’re already halfway through our Fall Clinic, but if you’re looking for some company on your long runs or a group to help keep you accountable in the back half of your training, you’re welcome to join us!
Our runs are structured around fall half and full marathon training plans, with supportive leaders and a supportive community!

FALL Clinic
Fall Running Clinic — Starts August 12, 2025
A 12-week coached clinic designed to meet you where you're at and help you get where you're going.
Led by certified run coach Michelle, this group program offers structured, progressive training to help you build toward your personal goals. Each week’s workouts build on the last, with guidance, accountability, and a supportive crew to train alongside.
While this is a group training clinic (not one-on-one coaching), we do have a few group leaders who run at various paces, especially in the first few weeks, to help everyone get settled. Leaders and Coach Michelle are always available for questions, support, and encouragement, and workouts are explained clearly each week (both in your weekly email and in person before each run).
What’s included:
- Group runs every Tuesday & Thursday at 6 p.m and Saturday at 8am.
- Weekly training emails with detailed workouts
- Benchmark sessions to track progress and set goals
- Demo runs + info nights throughout the clinic
- Support from Coach Michelle & group leaders
