Drink Mix is formulated based on the latest research to support your energy and hydration needs during exercise. Suitable for a wide range of sports lasting over 30 minutes in duration.
Can be used before, during, or after exercise.

How to use
Add 1 – 3 servings with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake until fully dissolved. Consume one bottle per hour of exercise.
For higher energy needs during activity, adjust to 2 or 3 servings.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin: A complex carbohydrate derived from corn, maltodextrin is the body's most efficient fuel for delivering energy to working muscles while minimizing stomach issues.
Fructose: A fruit-based carbohydrate that works alongside glucose to create a dual-fuel system, increasing total energy absorption for efforts that demand more.
Sodium Citrate: An essential electrolyte that supports hydration and muscle function while helping to buffer lactic acid to delay fatigue.

2:1 ratio of glucose:fructose proven to be the most efficient ratio for delivering energy to your working muscles when consuming up to 90g [3-servings] of carbohydrates per hour while minimizing stomach issues.
Electrolytes
Formulated with 200mg of sodium per serving to maintain fluid balance and support proper muscle function for sustained physical and mental performance. Combine with Hydration Drink Mix for increased electrolyte needs.
